Rulings
- If you use Skyward Surge’s ability, Skyward Surge goes to the graveyard immediately and its +1 Power effect stops applying.
- If you use Skyward Surge’s ability, the action card won’t ever have gone to the graveyard. It would be returned to your hand immediately when it resolves.
- You must decide whether to use Skyward Surge’s ability immediately when you play an action card. It must be decided before that action card resolves.
