Rulings
- Winged Strike doesn’t care whether the targeted dino is currently ready or exhausted, or whether it has already attacked this turn. However, a dino must under normal circumstances be ready in order to attack, so if you play Winged Strike targeting a dino that has not yet attacked this turn, while it technically can attack twice this turn, you have to find another way to ready it after the first attack so that it’s able to attack again.
